TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISING IN BALIHUB.COM
An Electronic Advertisement, hereafter known as "AD" or "ADVERT" is a designated space within the viewable structure of this website balihub.com, hereafter referred to as "site" which is owned and operated SOLELY and PRIVATELY by the OWNERS of Balihub.com, hereafter referred to as "Balihub".
An Advert is a paid service which allows individuals, organisations and/or businesses to display there own content in predesignated positions throughout the site for the purpose of promoting and/or advertising their commercial activity and/or intellectual property. It in no way suggests any ownership of the site itself or to the temporary position for which has been paid for and is displaying within.
All Adverts displaying in Balihub must comply with the following requirements

- No Illegal content or suggestion
- No infringement of copyright, trademark or intellectual property
- All content of the ad must be your property and/or you are a licensee and have the right to display this content as your own.
- Content must be factually correct and true at the time of display
- Any claims, suggestions, promises, deals or offers as understood in the advert must be upheld and delivered as stated within the ad for the duration stated within the ad.

FEE AND CHARGES
- All ads must have confirmed payment prior to activation in the site.
- All prices are set in with the order process and are final.
- Prices may change without notice.
- All payments are non- refundable.
- All Prices ar charged in Australian dollars (AUD$) with an accompanying Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) provided strictly as an approximation only.
- Prices may be subject to an additional tax charge which is 10% of the gross order cost unless otherwise stated in the price matrix and/or order process.
- All IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) rates are an approximation and may vary from site to final invoice depending on exchange rates given and available by third party internet transaction sites such as Paypal.

FAILURE TO COMPLY
Failure to comply with the above mentioned terms and conditions may result in rejection of your advert without compensation or refund and termination of your Balihub.com membership. Legal action may taken if the severity of the infraction is deemed to be illegal or promotes illegal activity.
